We are Soil – a team of purpose-driven individuals dedicated to creating regenerative, Mediterranean landscapes that nurture both the land and the people who walk it. Founded in 2021 on the island of Hvar by Andrea and Mario, Soil brings together years of diverse expertise and a shared belief: that gardens can be more than beautiful. They can be healing, meaningful, and deeply connected to place.
Andrea brings a background in high-end hospitality and business development, ensuring every project is managed with precision, warmth, and professionalism. Mario, an ecological agronomist, draws on years of experience designing Mediterranean landscapes that are not only stunning, but resilient and ecologically sound.
With more than 15 years of combined local and international experience, we returned to the island with a clear mission – to align our private lives and our work with our values. That mission lives on in every garden we touch.
